• Seven start Industries is based in city of Jharsuguda; Orissa state and widely known for natural reserves. This facility was established over a decade as manufacturer of steel products by processing iron ore.
• Facility is powered by Perkins black start 1x4006D-23TAG2A to support key section of facility & is under CSA with Powerparts Kolkata.
• Site is about 400 miles away from Kolkata facility & visit couldn’t be executed due to travel restrictions.
• As a part of ongoing effort to provide prompt solutions  in pandemic state, team took initiative to support customer online and communicated through Team viewer for successful installation & operation of Deep-Sea controller model 7320 in July 20.
• Online support included set up of parameters, program & safety set points, operation of DG set with new controller. However customer team has been instrumental in supporting & achieving successful completion.
